Cutbank Ridge Partnerships

Cutbank Ridge Corporation ULC (“CRC”)
As of October 1, 2025, the Cutbank Ridge Partnership, a partnership between Ovintiv Canada ULC and Cutbank Dawson Gas Resources Ltd., has been converted into a corporation. The new legal entity is named Cutbank Ridge Corporation ULC (“CRC”).
Ovintiv Canada ULC, who has been operating the assets, will continue to do so without any changes to our daily operations. Existing stakeholder agreements and related permits will be assigned and/or transferred to CRC. These changes are administrative in nature and will not impact how we work with you.
Cutbank Ridge Corporation ULC remains based in Calgary, Alberta, and will continue to manage oil and natural gas operations in British Columbia through its field offices.
