Our Leadership

Strong organizations grow from strong leadership

Our leadership team brings deep experience, technical expertise and a disciplined approach to decisionmaking. They set clear priorities, focus on execution and guide the company with integrity and accountability.

Together, our executive team leads with collaboration and purpose—supporting our people, strengthening our operations and delivering longterm value.

Brendan McCracken

Our role as an executive team is to set a clear strategy, allocate capital, manage risk, and develop talent to deliver superior and durable returns. We model the standard we expect and we stay close to the work that drives performance every day.

That means being hands-on in the field and in the business—removing barriers and helping our people execute safely and efficiently.
