Disposition Summary – Uinta

Ovintiv USA INC. (Ovintiv) has completed its disposition of the Utah area assets in Duchesne and Uintah counties to FourPoint Resources, LLC effective October 1, 2024.

Invoicing Timeline

As of calendar date January 22, 2025 to February 28, 2025:

  • Suppliers to direct tickets and invoices regardless of service/activity date to Ovintiv USA Inc. for payment.

As of calendar date March 1, 2025:

  • Suppliers to direct tickets and invoices with service/activity dates on or after October 1, 2024 (regardless of invoice date) to FourPoint Resources, LLC for payment.
  • Suppliers to direct tickets and invoices with service/activity dates prior to October 1, 2024 (regardless of invoice date) to Ovintiv USA Inc. for payment. 

NOTE: For these assets both FourPoint Resources and Ovintiv will dispute invoices submitted to them which do not follow the outlined service/activity date Invoicing timeline.

Invoicing – FourPoint Resources

FourPoint Resources will be using Enverus Openlnvoice.

  • If you are currently using OpenInvoice and are submitting invoices to FourPoint (for other FourPoint properties) then you can start invoicing FourPoint as per the ‘Invoicing Timeline’ for the acquired assets.
  • If you are currently using OpenInvoice but do not have access to submit invoices to FourPoint or are not an OpenInvoice user, you will need to be enabled or onboarded into OpenInvoice by contacting the FourPoint AP team at AP@fourpointenergy.com.
