Disposition Summary – Horn River

Ovintiv Canada ULC (Ovintiv) has completed its disposition of the Horn River area Kiwigana and Two Island Lake assets to Paramount Resources Ltd effective October 1, 2024.

Invoicing Timeline

As of calendar date January 31, 2025:

February 1, 2025 and forward service/activity date tickets/invoices (regardless of invoice date) to be directed to Paramount for payment.

January 31, 2025 and prior service/activity date tickets/invoices (regardless of invoice date) to be directed to Ovintiv for payment until calendar date May 31, 2025. After this date, invoices with service/activity dates between October 1, 2024 and January 31, 2025 to are to be directed to Paramount for payment..

NOTE: For these assets both Paramount and Ovintiv will dispute invoices submitted to them which do not follow the outlined service/activity date Invoicing timeline.

Invoicing - Paramount

Ovintiv and and Paramount are using Enverus Openlnvoice.

If you are currently using OpenInvoice and are submitting invoices to Paramount (for other Paramount properties) then you can start invoicing Paramount as per the ‘Invoicing Timeline’ for the acquired assets.
If you are currently using OpenInvoice but do not have access to submit invoices to Paramount or are not an OpenInvoice user, you will need to be enabled or onboarded into OpenInvoice by contacting relations@paramountres.com.
