Ovintiv USA Inc. (Ovintiv) has completed its disposition of the Anadarko assets.

Invoicing Timeline

As of calendar date April 9, 2026, to May 31, 2026:

• Suppliers to direct tickets and invoices to Ovintiv USA Inc. for payment.

As of calendar date June 1, 2026:

• Suppliers should direct tickets and invoices dated January 1, 2026, and forward service/activity dates to the new owner.
• Suppliers should direct tickets and invoices with service/activity dates prior to January 1, 2026, to Ovintiv USA Inc. for payment.
• Invoices submitted to the incorrect party may be disputed/returned with instructions to resubmit to the correct party.
